What do I need to bring to my first class?
For your child's first class, arrive 5-10 minutes early to get settled and fill out some paperwork. Your child can come wearing a t-shirt and shorts to take their first class. (Don't forget to bring a water bottle!) Classes run for approximately 30-45 minutes depending on their age. After signing up, they will receive their belt and the school's custom t-shirt for free, as part of their uniform.
What will my child learn?
Our Brazilian Jiu Jitsu classes are very dynamic; they will constantly be challenged and exposed to new things to help them become a better martial artist. Our classes will have a direct impact on your child's physical, mental and emotional growth.

The Physical: Our classes utilize different exercises, drills and games to test and improve your child's agility, coordination, balance, speed and strength. They will be able to better control their bodies, and utilize this improved "Mind-muscle" connection to practice and perform their Jiu Jitsu skills in a more effective way.

The Mental: Your child will build confidence through the repetition of overcoming small challenges and improving their skills. They will build better social skills, and develop the ability to work as a team, while demonstrating a work-hard mindset to achieve their goals.

The Emotional: Training martial arts, specifically Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, will bring a calmness to your child. They will better control their emotions because they will be tested both physically/mentally. They will get to learn and practice good-behaviors, while learning how to show respect to their training partners.
What if my child needs to miss a class?
We have a very flexible attendance policy. If your child needs to miss one or more classes they will be able to make up those missed days at your convenience. Additionally, we have flexible membership options which are designed to fit your specific needs.
Do you offer membership discounts?
Yes! We offer a discount for the parent(s) who are military, law enforcement or first responders. We also have a sibling discount.
